Artist Statement
Using a colorful pastel palette reminiscent of her 80's California coast childhood, MPR designed the L'Age D'Or collection using art deco motifs to translate her own personal golden era. The collection is made from MPR's signature nylon-coated steel, sterling silver, crystal quartz and amazonite.

Line becomes shape, shape becomes form.
Meghan Patrice Riley creates handmade fine jewelry in her New York City studio. She began her career in jewelry design procrastinating with beads, wire, and metal during college exams. After graduating, she apprenticed with a jeweler and honed her metalsmithing and design skills.
Mixing metals with textile techniques, she handcrafts unique pieces with a feminine elegance and a light industrial touch. Her current line incorporates nylon—coated stainless steel, 14k gold fill, and ecologically—sourced sterling silver and gold.
