Shipping & Returns


Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition. Please note that all resized items and special orders are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned for a refund. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non refundable as well. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund within the USA that we originally paid for on your order.

If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a return authorization number. (You may also return online purchase to our physical store in Oakland without contacting us within 30 days.) Once we have received your returned item and can ensure that the item has been unworn and in its original condition, we will issue you a full refund, excluding the original shipping and handling fees. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds on International shipments.  All orders outside of the USA are final sale.

Our in-store return policy differs from our online return policy.

Jewelry purchases may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase either for store credit or exchange at greater value. We do not offer refunds for items purchased at our store location. 

A fifty percent deposit is required for all special orders or custom work. Custom work and special orders are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any modification of jewelry purchased from our store is considered final sale as well and cannot be exchanged or store credit.
