Diane Dewey
Diane Dewey studied metal work in Arizona and New York and then received her BFA from Loyola University of Chicago in 1989. In addition to creating her own line of jewelry in 2007, Diane has also worked with various designers in Chicago and San Francisco. Currently she lives in San Francisco, with her husband, Vincent, and two cats.
Diane Dewey’s work incorporates the methods of precious metal fabrication and lost wax casting, which includes the processes of wax carving and mold making. In her work, Dewey works with sterling silver, 14k and 18k gold, often incorporating various colored precious and semi-precious stones.
