The Primal Droplet is in pear shape made with recycled argentum sterling silver. The pear shape pendant is oxidized and topped with 18k gold dusts and pieces.  Highlighted at the bottom of the pendant is a 4mm rose cut Red Sapphire set in 18K gold bezel.
