Come with 14K gold 1 mm adjustable solid cable 16-18" chain and comes set with one of  2 MM (01.89 - 02.10) full cut, I1 round G-H genuine diamonds, and one of 4 mm AA princess-cut genuine Emerald. Emerald is May's birthstone.
