This charming necklace features a marquise-faceted London blue topaz set in 24K gold and oxidized silver with glittering white diamond accents, placed on an adjustable oxidized silver chain ranging from 15 to 18 inches. The topaz measures 6x12mm and has a total carat weight of 2.21ctw. Diamond weight is 0.02 ctw.
