The Pompei ring features an oval blue topaz doublet with mother-of-pearl accents. The blue cabochon topaz measures 12x16 mm, and the ring is approximately 18x23x11 mm, with a stunning 10.16-carat blue topaz and 0.35 ctw diamonds. Hand-crafted with metals of gold 24K and oxidized sterling silver.
