The combination of stainless steel and PVD coated stainless gives a striking appearance to this chunky ring. Normally used in the tooling industry to harden tools, PVD coating (or diamond-like carbon) is a permanent coating applied to the surface which resists normal wear-and-tear. 10mm wide and 2.5 mm thick.
